M THRU SUN. 9:00 a.m. - 12 noon M THRU SUN. 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. TIMES CAN BE ADJUSTED BETWEEN THE PROVIDER AND MYSELF These are the services that I need: Mobility Assistance in getting in and out of wheelchair, other seats, bed, shower, toilet, need to be strong for the prior listed tasks, I weigh around 155 lbs. Helping me to stay physically active, to prepare easy meals (no real cooking), my laundry, very light housekeeping, some errands, help transport senior to appts. There may be some other small tasks that are not listed.
