Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Salt Lake City

I need a companion care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my 70 yo mother. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, running errands, transporting to/from appointments, prompting to take medications. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets (my mom has a small dog named Sophie) and CPR / first-aid trained. She lives with her husband and granddaughter who are both working. Her dementia symptoms are moderate, and we would like her to get comfortable with having care in the home as she starts to need more assistance. My mom is a sweet and kind person, who hates to be a burden on others and as a result is struggling to access support from her family and friends, we're hoping having an identified person will help.
