Kathy has mild dementia primarily affecting short-term memory. She is very fit and active. She does all normal adult daily living tasks without assistance. We do ballroom dancing, hiking, reading. She needs assistance with: - activities such as going to the museum - monitoring medication use and changes - cognition exercises She needs somebody to drive her to appointments and shopping. About the care needs: Quiet, attentive. Experience with cognitive enhancement is a plus. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
