Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Midvale

I need transportation assistance for at least one dr. Appt per month and script pick up. I'm in Midvale and my primary doctors are in west valley. Also have other appts coming up for mri's etc. Grocery errands are within a mile of where I live and once a week would be sufficient for grocery errands. I have very little income at the moment and have chronic pain that prevents me from taking public transportation.
