Companion Care Needed For Myself In Bountiful

About who needs care: I recently had a knee surgery requiring me to be on crutches. It has been difficult to complete household tasks such as laundry, cooking, and cleaning. I will also need someone to help take me to physical therapy appointments. I do have a dog but have hired a separate dog walker. This would be a short term and part time position. Ideally someone to come over at least 3x/week for a few hours and help with these things. I also unfortunately have to move in the next few weeks, so help packing a box or two would be very appreciated but not necessary. About the care needs: I am pretty easy-going and work in healthcare so as long as the caregiver is kind and caring, then that is great. However, needs to like dogs! I do have a 6-month-old puppy and he is the sweetest boy. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
