Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Bountiful

About who needs care: I am looking for transportation from my moms home to the local recreation center for her to attend a morning exercise class. She is showing early signs of dementia and is forgetful. We need a care provider to ensure she makes it to the class and back home looking at up to 3 times a week. M, W, F. About the care needs: Looking for a female care provider so she can enter the locker room if needed. Someone that can do the driving and wait for my mom to complete the class, make sure she gathers her things and gets home safely. Services needed include: transportation.
