Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Willis

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 90s. Some light tidying up, personal care including feeding, meal preparation, changing. I recently bought the house next door to me and moved my mom in. Mom has 2 caregivers. One caregiver works from 10:30 to 3:30 seven days a week but would like to take off a day (Mon. or Fri). I also need a backup person (substitute); I can fill in weekends, but I teach and cannot take over a weekday shift. It's a 5-hour shift that pays $100. Mom also has an evening person that comes every night for 2 hours (6:30-8:30 or 6-8, seven nights a week) I'm looking for someone to take her place. I can cover this shift when you can't because I live next door, but I cannot be her regular night person as I often work late. Pays $40 a night. I am flexible with this shift, and we can have a moving schedule.
