About who needs care: Currently had a colostomy procedure done due to a ruptured intestine and now had a permanent colostomy bag and is on dialysis 3 times a week. He is not mobile and complains of leg and back pain. His incision is still open and red with drainage. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
