Companion Care/Visual Guide Needed For Myself In Weatherford, TX

I am legally blind at 57 and looking for someone to perform to assist with transportation to/from appointments or functions that require assistance in reading and/or filling out forms or additional visual assist if location requires a lot of walking in unfamiliar or crowded areas. There is not a consistent recurring schedule but an as needed requirement. I cannot give a minimum or maximum amount of weekly hours needed. Requirements will be based of individual scheduled occurrences and I can provide whatever advance notice you need or establish. Prefer non-smoker and I have a vehicle that can be used for transportation requirements. Must have current driver's license and live within a miles of Weatherford.
