Care Needed For My Father In Weatherford

Attendant care needed for my father who had a stroke in 2020 that left him with some cognitive deficits. He has an above the knee right leg amputation, but is able to transfer himself in and out of his wheelchair. He cannot get his wheelchair through the bathroom door, so he uses a walker to get in and out and will need assistance in the bathroom. He is not able to prepare meals or drinks and will need breakfast and lunch prepared for him. Tasks would include: preparing breakfast and lunch, weekly bed sheet change (more often if soiled), assistance toileting, prompting to take medication from pill organizer at set time, companionship.
