Transportation To Dialysis Appointments

We are in need of someone to provide transportation to and from dialysis appointments. The patient is 47 years old, male, an amputee, and uses a wheelchair. The schedule is as follows: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. He will need to be picked up at 9 a.m. After dropping him off at dialysis there is nothing else needed until the afternoon around 4:45 p.m. Transportation is needed to take him back home (and running errands if needed). Errands will not be required every day. Errands include Walmart, picking up dinner, etc. Each day would require a total of 4-6 hours (2 in the morning and 2-4 in the evening). If this schedule will work for you and you can lift and transport a wheelchair, please let me know. We need assistance as soon as possible. Thank you.
