Dementia Exp Required - Companionship Needed For Elderly Mom In Van - Looking For Evening Shift

I am looking for additional companionship care for my mom who is 88. While she is mobile, she does need to be assisted on uneven ground and steps to help prevent chances of a fall. She also suffers from severe dementia, in that many times she cannot remember what day it is, has trouble reading the time and remembering people. She is a quiet person in general who has a strong love for the military. I currently have two care people, but need extra help. $20hr. Work hours are from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri IF you are open to more hours, Sat and Sun, the same hours are available. IF you are only available M-F or Sat & Sun that works too. We are looking for someone who is Kind, Calm, Caring and Understanding. This role requires communication, interest and patience in a calm and caring fashion to someone with dementia.
