Dementia Exp Required - Companionship Needed For Elderly Mom In Van - Intermittent On-Call

I am looking for additional companionship care for my mom who is 88. While she is mobile, she does need to be assisted on uneven ground and steps to help prevent chances of a fall. She also suffers from severe dementia, in that many times she cannot remember what day it is, has trouble reading the time and remembering people. She is a quiet person in general who has a strong love for the military. I currently have two care people. WE are looking for one or two people who want some extra hours here and there that can fill in when regular caregivers aren't available, and if you happen to be free. Especially on Weekends, but also Mon-Fri Most importantly we are looking for someone who is Kind, Calm, Caring and Understanding. This role requires communication, interest and patience in a calm and caring fashion to someone with dementia.
