Dementia Exp - Companionship Needed For My Mother In Van

I am looking for additional companionship care for my mom who is 88. While she is mobile, she does need to be assisted on uneven ground and steps to help prevent chances of a fall. She also suffers from severe dementia, in that many times she cannot remember what day it is, has trouble reading the time and remembering people. She is a quiet person in general who has a strong love for the military. I currently have two care people, but I am looking for additional assistance in the later part of the day. We are happy to work around your schedule. You must have experience with caring for elderly with severe dementia. Most importantly we are looking for someone who is Kind, Calm, Caring and Understanding. This role requires communication, interest and patience in a calm and caring fashion to someone with dementia.
