About who needs care: Dialysis patient, BKA, severe sleep apnea with sleep deprivation causing confusion, weakness due to bad mitral heart valve. Can transfer independently. Sometimes needs assist sitting up. Needs assistance occasionally with dressing. Can shower and toilet independently. May need a push in wheelchair to and from bathroom or bedroom. About the care needs: Would prefer a male. Someone who would not mind taking him outside occasionally. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
