Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Tomball

About who needs care: My mom is recovering from a major surgery about a year ago. She needs help in the mornings. She is able to move from the bed to wheelchair on her own but needs help with bathing, and hygiene. Looking for daily assistance for about three hours. We have family and friends that can assist her in getting back into bed in the evenings. About the care needs: Someone that will provide service in a caring way and look for things to do to help her with simple meal prep and medication dispensing. If they are sitting on the couch using their cell phone then they need to go. I don't want to pay for someone to do two hours of work and then sit and do nothing. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing, medication prep, simple food prep
