Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Spring

About who needs care: Sr Male who's still very mentally sharp, mobile, (walks 1. 5 miles every morning), driving and living independently in his own home. Looking for a full-time roommate, ( will provide own upstairs room and attached bath), and part-time cook, breakfast & dinner and assistance with some errands. Will provide room, utilities, food, Internet and some weekly compensation. About the care needs: Client enjoys books, dogs (has one) and watching news & current events. Former competitive Bridge player and former avid golfer(plays occasionally in scramble format now) Client is fully mobile, drives, walks daily for exercise and is mentally alert. Needs someone to cook 2 meals daily, excluding Sundays - breakfast & dinner, lunch as a sandwich &/or soup is fine. Do laundry, run errands, ie grocery shopping & pharmacy runs, and light housework. Client will buy all groceries for live- in assistant & provide a room with attached bath upstairs including all utilities & Internet. Client will also pay assistant a small weekly salary. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
