Seeking Flex Hours Senior Care Provider In Spring

I need a senior care provider with experience and preferably has an outgoing personality. I am looking for help when I go out of town for work which can be 1-2x per month for up to 3 days at a time. (I usually know a couple weeks in advance). Additionally to help me manage doctors appointments during the week maybe 1x week. Our care concerns are: Medication and Meal Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Wound Care (almost healed), Bathing / Dressing (just watch to ensure no falling), Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation to physical therapy and other medical appoints at Methodist woodlands, and supervise light weight lifting. We might ask you to run errands (heb or Walgreens three blocks away). We do have a hypoallergenic cat (Bengal) in the house.
