About who needs care: He has an ileostomy, gj feeding tube, and is s dialysis patient. He is very intelligent and poised. He is a Jehovahs Witness and does not celebrate holidays. He is very kind and empathic. Must be a good listener and follow instructions verbatum. He needs grooming, dressing and cleaning in the morning as well as feedings. He also eats by mouth. Medication reminders throught out the day as well as feeding. Assitance with transportation to dialysis 3 days a week. He enjoys sport, football, baseball and basketball. About the care needs: Someone that is patient and will follow his instructions. He does not want someone to come and tell him how they are used to doing things. He prefers to share what works best for him and his condition. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
