Hands-on Care Needed

About who needs care: This client is a stroke survivor who experienced a stroke in June of 2024 and requires compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily care. The client is able to talk and eat soft foods but needs full assistance with mobility, including transfers and ambulation. Care needs include: - Bed baths and personal hygiene assistance - Some wound care (experience preferred) - Companionship, including watching TV and socializing About the care needs: The ideal caregiver is motivated, patient, kind, and empathetic, with excellent communication skills. A friendly and engaging presence is important, as the client enjoys social interaction. Client has 2 very friendly dogs who love attention. Reliable transportation is required.
