About who needs care: This is for 2 parents. 89 and 94. They have Alzheimer's and need to have their meals prepared (I can provide them to be heated up). They need their meds. Mom needs help with dressing and changing her Depends and to be guided to be sure she is clean. Dad might need help with dressing. They generally watch tv or DVDs and enjoy sitting on the back patio or front porch. They are unsteady on their feet and may need help to avoid a fall. Dad uses a walker, Mom does not. About the care needs: I am needing a reliable person who is patient and kind. They should be aware of how to be helpful with people who have Alzheimer's. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
