About who needs care: Need transport and accompany to clinic appt from 5:30 until 7:00 a.m. every other Thursday. Partiality able to walk but need my wheelchair upon arriving at clinic. About the care needs: Must be able to load wheelchair and unload then push said wheelchair and myself to clinic appt. I am fully capable and willing to help myself as much as needed. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
