Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In San Antonio

About who needs care: Colon cancer surgery 12/23. Back surgery 5/22. I have not stood or walked since. Use hoyer and power wheelchair. VERY limited mobility. Incontinent of bowel and urine. SEVERE PAIN but I can not take LOTS OF MEDS-opioids etc. In hospice care but ONLY for minimal care (nursing visits) at present. Husband also has colon cancer and goes to dialysis 3 times a week. We also have a young adult grandson who has Down syndrome who lives with us because his mother passed . His father also lives with us but has a full time job so we don't see him much. About the care needs: Compassionate; dependable; on time; willing to be patient with family members. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
