CNA preferred with at least 2 yrs experience in long term care for care of older adult male 87 yrs old w/ advanced Parkinson's Dz who lives with me. He is alert, friendly, talkative w/sense of humor. ST memory impairment. He is ambulatory w/ walker most of the time but is a fall risk. He requires cueing for safety during transfers & walking. He needs weight bearing assistance to get up from chairs. He uses a urinal and goes to the bathroom w/ standby assistance. Meal preparation is needed for breakfast and lunch. Requires medication admin, cooking, bathing, dressing, laundry, house-cleaning. M thru F from 8a-2p paid at $22-$25 based on experience, paid wkly.
