Hands-on Care Needed For My Wife In Roanoke

I'm looking for hands-on care for my wife in her 80s. Assistance with medication is needed. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. She is incontinent, on a catheter, bag needs to be emptied, and will require a diaper change first thing. Some wounds on buttocks and legs will also require attention.
