Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Richmond

About who needs care: I have a 19 years old son who is severely disabled . He has a physical disability and is non verbal. He has cerebral palsy, autism and intellectual disability. He needs help with activities of daily living. I have 2 more kids who are 7 and 9 years old and need help with pick up and drop off , bathing etc . About the care needs: 1. You must love children and be mature, reliable, trustworthy and punctual. Reliability is most important requirement for the job. 2. You must be physically strong to handle a person with physical disability. 3. You must be open to a background check and have a high school diploma or equivalent. You should have a legal work authorization. 4. Do you have a driver license , car and are you able to drive the kids to schools/events? 5. Must be over 18 years old. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
