Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Richmond TX

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my mother in her 90s. Tentative hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. We're looking for someone to provide companionship through the night to prevent her from falling. Presently she does not sleep through the night. She gets up frequently and needs help getting out of bed, walking, toileting and dressing. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with cats.
