Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Richmond

About who needs care: My dad has dementia, he has problems with his bowels and kidneys. Would need somebody that is capable of changing him cleaning him up and assisting with bathing. We are looking for somebody that is able to work 10 to 12 hour shifts. My mom is able to prepare his food and serve him she is just too fragile to change his diaper or assist him in the shower. About the care needs: My dad was diagnosed with dementia a while back he has lost functions of his bowels and kidneys so he's in a day per full time. Looking for somebody willing to work 10 to 12 hours a day. Duties would include assisting with bathing personal hygiene assistance and just tending to his daily needs. He is functioning Mom can cook for him so there's no meal prep needed he can feed himself he just can't get around by himself. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
