About who needs care: My mother is legally blind and unsteady on her feet sometimes. She has problems with depth perception and needs to be helped getting up and down steps or in unfamiliar surroundings. About the care needs: Someone who is patient, someone who speaks clearly and slowly at times. Shes getting older and it takes her a bit to process what you say. Also, someone who will not rush her. Shes does not do well with someone being pushy and gets stressed being rushed. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
