About the care needs: Stubborn since he is stubborn. Need to be physically fit he is small but could definitely need help getting up. He likes woodworking and vehicles and the mechanics behind them so that would be a plus. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
