Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Plano

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 70s. Medication management is required. He will need help with all ADLs-getting in and out of bed, bathing, using the restroom and overall mobility (uses walker but needs a lot of assistance). Preparation of premade meals.
