Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Pharr

About who needs care: My father has dementia and goes to dialysis. He is overweight, and he needs help dressing, bathing, and cleaning himself. His wife, in her seventies, helps to make sure that he takes his medicine and goes to doctors' appointments. They needs some help with taking out the trash and cooking. They live in independent living at Brook Ridge in Pharr, Texas. We are looking for help on the weekends in the mornings. We already have an agency providing care during the week. About the care needs: The ideal caregiver would have boundaries and be firm, yet respectful and caring. My stepmother sometimes asks for things that are beyond the scope of the health aides' job, and the health aide should be comfortable saying "no." Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
