About who needs care: retired pastor and social worker. developed mid- moderate dementia after treatment for multiple myeloma. lives independently but doesn't drive anymore. at home most of the time with lower energy level. artistic- previously loved painting and other artistic hobbies. previously sailed in Galveston with club. previously very involved in her sorority as an alumnus and served with panhellenic. Also served with community volunteer organizations. fabulous lady! now mostly home bound, spends most of her time listening to audio books. About the care needs: a female with a mature, relaxed personality would be a good fit. We need regular transportation for physical therapy and occasionally to the nail salon. Occasional visits to check in on her and provide company with daughter is out of town. Services needed include: transportation.
