About who needs care: DM, stomach cancer, CVA, DVTs, CHF, BPH, anemia, bed sore Lost left side extremity control and left visual field, poor memory and speech, bed ridden, NPO, external catheter preferred About the care needs: Kind hearted and respectful, mostly needs skills to help with incontinence, regular changing, monitor vitals, glucose, hemoglobin, and wound care for the bed sore. He has a medication schedule but cant always swallow well so we crush it up. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
