About who needs care: Mom and step dad stay in their home. They are getting to the point where driving has become an issue. Maybe help with some house work and maybe a meal whenever the caregiver has the time. About the care needs: Stepdad has been going down at a steady pace. He's suffering from some form of memory loss. Mom had a stroke about 20 years ago. She walks and talks just can get out of breath if she's walking a distance.
