About who needs care: Moderate dementia. Make sure she is dressed, fed and medication taken in the morning and check on in the afternoon also making sure she has lunch. About the care needs: Patient I just need to make sure someone checks on her. Sometimes when she wakes up she is confused and not sure what it going on. She doesn't really have hobbies because she can't comprehend games or puzzles. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
