About who needs care: I am looking for wheelchair transport to and from dialysis for my very disabled dad. He cannot stand by himself and would need to be lifted in his wheelchair into the vehicle. It would be 3 days a week most likely in the mornings and then returning from Dialysis to my house in the mid afternoon. About the care needs: My Dad really just needs someone who can assist him into a vehicle, and then into the dialysis center by wheel chair as he is too unstable to ride in my car and I don't have a vehicle that can transport him in his wheelchair. Services needed include: transportation.
