About who needs care: She is not able to move. She has a routine. Clean/change her in the morning (usually 8-8:30 a.m.). Sit her down on her wheel chair using lift. Feed her. She stays on the chair for a couple of hours. Transfer her back to the bed. She likes to watch TV. Repeat a few times. She eats her second meal about 2 p.m. Need this help so that my sisters who usually take care of my mom can get a break. One of my sisters can help train a provider. About the care needs: Great positive attitude and willingness to learn and move my mom with gentleness. Her body tightens so the provider would need to give her a minute or so for her body to relax a bit. Someone that is attentive to her needs. Give her water, call someone for her, etc. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
