Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother And Her Husband In Mesquite

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother and her husband in his 80s. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Mother will need help with bathing, dressing, light meds, and feeding and going to the bathroom. We need help with light cooking. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
