About who needs care: Pops has dementia and type 2 Diabetes. I give him his medicine at night. He loves to watch TV/Movies and play puzzles. He loves to tell jokes and laugh. He has a very sweet personality. He needs help with bathing and changing clothes. He has trouble opening things because his grip is weak. He needs someone to keep him company for an hour or two while Im at work. He forgets to eat lunch when Im at work so he needs someone to help him get his lunch. He feeds himself. About the care needs: Personality- Friendly, patient, and caring. No special skills needed at this time other than helping with hygiene needs. Hobbies- loves to watch TV/Movies. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
