About who needs care: What her day looks like today: wake up @ 12:30 p.m. light breakfast @ 1:00 p.m. late lunch @ 3:30-4 p.m. Watches tv throughout the day with little to no mobility. Mental status is stable and in perfect condition, just a little depressed due to physical limitations. Recently underwent a knee replacement and suffers from extreme back and neck pain which causes immobility and a barrier to utilize self-care. Needs more physical activity throughout the day and someone there for accountability purposes to assist with physical therapy and at afternoon mealtimes as well as transportation to and from medical appointments. About the care needs: Someone very outgoing and personable would be a good personality fit and preferably someone with good communication skills that speaks English well. Specialized skills needed would be experience with physical therapy, CPR and medication distribution. Must have a valid driver's license. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
