Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Marshall

About who needs care: He has severe COPD and cannot bathe himself or clean. He does feed himself and can get around but gets very winded. He lives like a hermit (in an apartment) with little furniture and a pallet on the floor for his bed. He won't let me buy him furniture. He is my stubborn brother and I try to take care of him but he is not always cooperative. He will be nice to a caretaker though. He just won't go to any trouble to help himself. I worry about him a lot. About the care needs: I'm not sure it matters but maybe a very patient person. He's not always agreeable and may refuse to bathe or something. I think he is pretty easy to get along with. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
