Companion Care Needed For My Father In Marshall

I'm looking for companion care for my father in his 80s. As of now he is able to get himself up and can go up and down the stairs, go to the restroom and fix a microwave meal for himself. I need someone to come and check in on him on days that I need to be out of town. My husband works here in town but has long hours right now. He is pretty easy going but does sometimes lately have more struggles with remembering that he needs to get up out of the chair and move around. There are some light exercises we need him to try to do regularly. We basically need someone to monitor and talk with him or watch tv with him.
