About who needs care: He has multiple chronic conditions that are not treatable. He is currently being hospitalized, but once he is home we would need someone to help bath, cook/feed, administer his medications, and give companionship. He loves to be outside when he feels up to it. About the care needs: We would ideally like to hire an LVN, but we have not had any luck finding any available. He use to use a walker, but currently his mentation is not good and he doesn't know where he is or what is happening. A CNA may be ok to hire as well. We need someone trust worthy and willing to take care of our dad like their own family. He needs help with daily things and if his mentation doesn't come back he will need more help. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
