Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandfather In Laredo

About who needs care: My grandfather has various health issues. He is currently struggling with some blisters on his legs and feet due to water retention and we need some help tending to them. He's usually very quiet throughout the day and hasn't been moving much because of bed sores on his heels when he was hospitalized for and injury. He's having trouble walking around and moving his body on his own. We could use help with some chores to alleviate my mom's load too. About the care needs: Wound care and patience when my grandparents get irritable about their situation Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
