About who needs care: My father had a stroke 3 years ago his wheelchair bound, cannot speak but a few words, and can not go to the restroom for himself. Very limited mobility About the care needs: He needs somebody who will not baby him, will talk to him and treat him like a real person, who has a sense of humor, and believes in God. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
