Companion Care Needed For My Husband

I'm looking for companion care for my husband in his 80s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Husband is mobile and takes care of his basic needs. He had a stroke and has limited vision, speech and hearing. He has a good attitude. He is self motivated and likes to work around the house and likes to do gardening, He is 81 years old.
