Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Katy

About who needs care: My grandmother-in-law is living in an assisted living facility and needs help getting lifted from wheelchair into car seat, back into wheelchair safely and driven from Katy to Austin for a wedding ceremony and back home again. She does have dementia but is generally easygoing and peaceful, non violent or angry. She is very quiet but we want her to be able to join for the ceremony and get back to her assisted living facility that evening. About the care needs: Able to carefully lift grandmother out of wheelchair and into car seat. Able to carefully lift her out of car seat and into wheelchair. She weighs about 90 lbs. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
