Live-in Home Care Needed For My Mother In Katy

We need live-in home care to take care of my mother in Katy. Assistance with transferring, bathroom trips, and bathing is one of our requirements. Personal care required, including feeding. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. We would prefer to have someone live-in or someone who lives close and can be 'on-call' overnight. My mother has MS and is in a power-chair/medical bed and cannot walk. Her mind is still very sharp, and she is very intelligent and knowledgable on many topics. She is a very social person and is very nice (although, like all of us, she can be grumpy at times). We have 3 small dogs and 3 cats, but it is a large house. You will not be responsible for pet care, but we do need someone who likes cats/dogs.
