About who needs care: Patient was discharged from the hospital yesterday after having Covid. Hes on oxygen and gets short of breath. About the care needs: Hes very easy going. He walks on his own. He wants to get in the shower but is afraid to do so because he may fall. He also needs his house straightened up.
